Families of UP employes get a free train ride between Sparks and Truckee. Now, on the return leg of the first trip, UP 5285 rolls into Nevada as it follows the Truckee river through Verdi.
One of the crewmembers called the signal in a funny way with this remark: "Q0 Niner 1 UP 5285 East on 2 Clear Suuuman...A Woof...Woof!"
